Leisure at The Bay

Our guests love spending time at The Bay, our brand new facilities building and swimming pool complex.

Opened in May 2025, this beautiful cedar-clad building was carefully designed to fit into the surrounding environment. Bright, spacious and the perfect place to unwind, The Bay is open to guests staying at either of our holiday parks.

Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat

Get active in the well-equipped fitness room or take a dip in the covered outdoor heated swimming pool, which reopens on 1 May 2026. Come rain or shine, the pool’s retractable roof means you can enjoy the pool, whatever the weather. With convenient ladies’ and men’s changing rooms, we have everything you need right here on site.

After a day exploring Devon, unwind with a drink in the welcoming bar and café and enjoy live music on Saturday evenings from April to October.

Landscove Holiday Park

Let the little ones run off steam in our safely enclosed outdoor play area while you enjoy the park’s relaxing atmosphere.

If you’re holidaying with a canine companion, there’s also an enclosed dog exercise area for dogs to relax and run around off lead.

Outdoor Pool

Open daily from 10 am - 5 pm from 1 May 2026, our covered, heated outdoor pool is the perfect place to relax and have fun during your stay.

Our pool features a clever retractable roof, giving you the flexibility to swim while it pours and on sunny days, splash with the sun on your skin.

Located at Riviera Bay Holiday Park, this is an unsupervised pool. Non-swimmers and under-16s must be accompanied by an adult. The number of swimmers in the pool at any one time will be limited. There are separate male/female changing facilities.

Fitness Room

Whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or looking to do some gentle exercise whilst away, our on-site gym has a selection of free weights and exercise machines to keep your fitness routine on track.

Located within Riviera Bay’s modern Bay complex, our fitness room is open every day from 10 am - 4 pm.

The fitness room is open to guests of both parks. Minimum age 14, under-16s must be accompanied to sign in and out. If you have a medical condition, please seek medical advice before using the equipment.
