Our park rules can be read and downloaded here.

You can visit your holiday home as often as you like during the ownership season for weekends, weeks, or longer periods. The ownership season at our holiday parks is 11.5 months per year, which is the longest in the area.

No, your holiday home cannot be used as your main or permanent residential address. We do not restrict the number of times or the duration of your stay when visiting your holiday home for holiday purposes. You will need to have a proven main residential address away from the park. You must supply us annually with your residential proof of address, with a council tax bill or utility bill for the current year. Conditions of occupancy will be explained when you visit.

Yes - you will be given a guided tour of the park and shown the pitches and locations that are available to you.

Yes, our charges include your utility bills and your annual pitch fee. You must arrange your own insurance. Please speak to our team for any further information.

A pitch is the area/base your holiday home is sited on at the park. 

Your pitch fee covers the ability for you to keep your unit on the designated pitch, along with contributing to the running costs of the park, including upkeep of the grounds, utilities and associated maintenance and security costs.

There’s nothing better than relaxing and enjoying the fresh air on your very own spacious decking. If you are interested in having decking installed, we can arrange this through our nominated suppliers. You can discuss your requirements with our park Sales Manager.

Yes, you can part-exchange your holiday home at any time by speaking to our park Sales Manager, who will be happy to help and run through all options available to you.

Yes – our parks are pet-friendly, although we do not accept any dog breeds listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

We aim to ensure a safe and secure environment for all our owners, with staff on park 7 days a week.

All new holiday homes are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty. The details of the warranty can vary between manufacturers, so please ask for further information. We guarantee to repair or replace any electrical appliance supplied in any pre-owned holiday home for three months from the date of purchase. This excludes items already covered by either a new holiday home warranty or the appliance manufacturer’s guarantee.

All holiday homes come with fully fitted kitchens and modern appliances. The style and range of appliances vary by model.

Yes, all our caravans and holiday lodges are sold fully furnished, as seen in the photos. 

No, the purchase of a static caravan or lodge holiday home is not subject to stamp duty. Irrespective of their value or location, stamp duty is generally not imposed on static caravans, mobile homes, holiday homes, park homes, or lodges.

The exclusion of Stamp Duty for holiday homes enhances their allure for individuals seeking to enhance their lifestyle with a secondary property dedicated to leisure. Picture a serene countryside retreat or a coastal getaway, offering endless opportunities for year-round holidays.

Yes, you can let out your holiday home to cover the running costs of your holiday home and for holiday use only. Please note that any booking should not exceed 28 days.

Yes, we can manage your Sub Let from bookings to cleaning, please ask our Sales Manager for more information.

Our park offers Superfast Internet Wi-Fi in your holiday home and/or the park facilities. 

All holiday home owners must sign up to a Licence Agreement, and we advise reading it in full.
