Who are we?

We are a local Devon-based family that took over both Landscove Holiday Park and Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat on May 1, 2024. Our experience in operating successful leisure businesses spans more than 45 years. We are extremely happy to be running these stunning parks, both of which we have a long history with, having previously owned them. We were excited when we got the opportunity to buy them back, especially as they were on our doorstep.

Where it all started...

The family company was originally founded by Tilly’s parents over 46 years ago. Through hard work and dedication, this venture expanded to include multiple parks.

Tilly worked in the industry from a young age during school holidays and weekends, encompassing all the roles within a holiday park & learning every aspect of the industry. She pursued her own careers in London in hospitality before returning to the family business in her late 20s.

Alastair’s planning and development skills were greatly received by the company back in 2013, when he left his career to join and aid development of the parks in the group.

Looking Forward

As the second generation of this established family business, we are excited and eager to advance both parks. We are passionate about the area and all it has to offer our visitors. As parents of two young boys, we are acutely aware of our responsibilities as custodians of this beautiful landscape and are committed to protecting it for future generations. A strong ecological ethos is central to our company values and vision for preserving the area for years and generations to come.
